During the day, I honestly don’t dress all that much differently than I do at night. Outside of a special occasion like a date night, event or a more upscale dinner, my clothes tend to stay the same. My days can vary greatly from a 12-hour shooting day to editing images to running around the city for meetings and location scouting. For me, this means I almost always will be in sneakers or flats. And to go with, you will almost always find me in jeans. Maybe I wear jeans all of the time because I grew up riding and it’s what I would always wear to the farm. Maybe it’s just that they’re so comfortable and go with everything. Regardless, it’s rare to see me out of them, especially during the day.
When I’m about to meet Eric out for dinner or girlfriends for a drink, I swap my shoes and bag for something a little more evening appropriate. I love how big of a difference these two changes can make to an outfit. Truly taking a simple silk blouse and jeans from day to night.
