Coffee Talk : Playing Catch Up

There are some days where I feel as though I am constantly two steps behind of where I wish I was. Last week was easily my busiest week in a while. Between tests, papers, projects, and sorority initiation for our new members I was constantly gasping for air. I have emails that have piled up, a to-do list that is a mile long, and four days before I am on spring break.

The best way for me to handle this is to prioritize. Put my to-do list aside and make a list of what I must do before Friday. Rank them in order of importance and then sit down and get them done as best I can. Otherwise I end up feeling more stressed then necessary and my productivity level will continue to fall.

The other thing I really missed out on last week was sleep, and on this Monday I am feeling the side effects. I truly cannot wait until I have a day where I need not set an alarm to wake-up.
