While browsing pinterest the other day, I cam across one of the best ideas I have heard all year. Chocolate Chip Lava Cookies. I honestly could not believe I had not thought of it or heard of it sooner. Naturally, Nicole and I tried it. They were the best cookies I had ever had, and I have had some damn good cookies. Here is the original. I did not use their cookie dough, I used my own, but it is where I got the idea.
Use the extra chocolate and drizzle (or completely cover) the cookie.

I HIGHLY recommend these, they really are pretty simple, but taste amazing! They are great the next day too. Simply microwave them for about 35-40 seconds. I decided to drizzle some chocolate on them again (melted a new, smaller batch of chocolate chips).
