This has been one of my favorite quotes for as long as I’ve known it. I was lucky enough to grow up near the water, and it has left me with a constant urge to always be near it. Whenever my brother or I had a scrape or sunburn, my mom would tell us to be sure we swam in the ocean to help it heal. With sweat, tears and the sea, anything is possible.
