So I know it has been a little while since I was on but I think it was worth the wait. The new layout for the site is to die for and I just absolutely love it! Sadly the old posts have been lost in the shuffle but don’t worry new ones will be coming ASAP! I want to give you all a little background about why I started this blog and what I hope to do for it and for you. Also, I think you should know a little bit more about me. I am a college student at Marquette University. I am a biomedical science major, with an entrepreneurship minor (which by the way I am truly awful at spelling it out). I created this blog out of my absolute love for fashion and sharing it. I wanted to create a place that is not only my creative outlet but a place where I can share what I love with other beautiful people who love it too!
I am originally from Cape Cod (born and raised). I love it there and to be perfectly honest I do miss home sometimes but as my time at Marquette has gone on I have learned that I also have a family away from home. I grew up around a few things that have really shaped and made who I am today. First my mom, she is absolutely wonderful and it would take an entire blog to tell you everything she has done for me. In short I attribute nearly everything I have learned- well all of the truly important things- to her. Second, I grew up riding horses with my brother. For anyone who knows “horse-show world” my fashion sense is heavily influenced by it. Monograms, needlepoint, and everything preppy just to name a few.
This past semester I joined a sorority, Alpha Phi. They have become a great support system and family for me while away at college and I am sure as I post more and more you will occasionally see and hear all about them. A few of them may even guest post on the blog not too long from now.
Well, now that you know a little bit more about me, we can get to everything wonderful. My hope is for this blog to be inspiration for many of you out there. I hope to bring you some wonderful product reviews and- fingers crossed- some giveaways once we really get this beautiful blog going. I am so excited to hear from all of you and hope everyone enjoys this blog and makes it a regular read.
