October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. It is an issue that is near and dear to my heart as my family has been touched by it. In high school a friend and myself decided to begin a Pink Ribbon Club, we raised thousands of dollars to support the research and prevention of breast cancer in women. I am always trying to stay involved and up to date with new research that comes out and new ways to support such an important cause.
I have put together some of my favorite items that also support breast cancer research this month. Each of these items, when purchased, donates a portion of proceeds to help with this important cause.
