Last Spring I began using all natural skincare products, it has taken me months to find my favorites and lots of trial and error in between. While I’m a perpetual product tester, there’s a few that have quickly become my go-tos. Tata Harper Skincare has been a standout in my regimen, both their cleansers and masks are part of my regular routine. For cleansing, I use the clarifying cleanser morning and night. If I wore make-up that day I will pre-cleanse with the purifying cleanser at night. Both are dry cleaners, meaning you apply them to a dry face with dry hands. After working them into a lather on my face, I like to add just a little water to extend the cleanse a bit.
For masking, I’m probably in the over-masking category, but 2-3 times per week I switch between the clarifying mask and the resurfacing mask. Both do a lot of heavy lifting for clearing up and making my skin look much healthier. My other favorite mask comes from May Lindstrom and is called the problem solver. This one is kind of my do-all-fix-all mask, which makes its name very fitting. It’s fantastic at clearing out black heads and I find that it really helps to reduce the redness of post-acne marks. I reserve this mask for Sunday night usually.
When it comes to general moisturizers, I’m still searching for a face moisturizer I love. In the meantime, this Nucifer balm is incredible for keeping hands and cuticles hydrated. A little goes along way with this product- which helps justify the price. I’d say it lasts 2-3x longer than a typical bottle of hand moisturizer.
The newest addition to my beauty routine is this jade roller. To be honest, it’s a very new purchase so I cannot speak to results just yet. However, I can say that it is insanely relaxing after a long day. I love the smaller ball on this for around the eye area as it is very cooling so hopefully that can help de-puff.
