After months and months of hard work, designing, meetings, sourcing and more I’m finally ready to let you be the first to know about Landing– a new clothing company dedicated to a higher standard of luxury. Landing began as a way for woman to dress in a socially responsible manner that didn’t break their bank, all while boosting their confidence. We’re introducing 11 essential and versatile styles for the modern woman that are available for pre-order starting TODAY! Landing is starting out on Kickstarter to raise the funds needed to meet our production minimums and bring to life a brand dedicated to a higher standard of luxury. From here, we will launch our ecommerce site for Spring 2017 and begin shipping immediately.
I began working in the fashion industry first through blogging, I quickly realized that it was the industry that I needed to pursue full-time. After graduating college early, I moved to NYC and began working for some of the most well-known brands in the industry, carefully studying all aspects of the business and meeting each opportunity with full enthusiasm. While working, I saw a void in the market and a need for a brand that didn’t compromise human or environmental values in the name of fashion- enter Landing. Made in America of the highest quality materials and sold directly to our customers to give them the best prices possible. Traditional retail for the Spring 2017 collection would be about $200-$900, but we’ve cut those prices significantly by removing the middle man and selling directly to you.
Launching a brand is difficult, and while it benefits our customers to cut-out the middle man and lower our margins, it may limit our reach.
