Recently my big and I have decided to start holding each other accountable for working out. It is really the best way to get your butt back into the gym. I used to, {used to being the key word here} love to go to the gym and just started getting to busy, and slowly it turned into never going and dreading it. Well, I am trying to change that.
Obviously, cute workout clothes make me want to workout as well, I am obsessed with my Tiffany Blue Nike Free running shoes {no longer sold from what I can find}. They are a sure motivation factor for me to workout. Also, having someone to go with really helps because you can both rely on each other to go and neither want to let the other down.

Also, have some great music to listen to, sometimes the perfect song comes on to motivate you to keep going. I have been loving my Spice Girls and 90’s pandora stations- they are the best workout jams.
