As we all head into a busy {and studying filled for me} weekend, keep these in mind.
1. Listen to Music: Sometimes, all you need is a little bit of your favorite tunes to remind you to breathe. Create a playlist that soothes you and be sure to have that and your earbuds when you know you may stress out.
2. Go for a Walk: This is probably my favorite thing to do when I am really stressed. Exercise can be a great way to unwind and clear your head. Grab your favorite sneakers and forget about the rest.
3. Read your favorite Magazine: Vogue is my usual go-to, it lets me escape to the world of fashion. I also love to read my favorite blogs or a non-sense book.
4. Paint your Nails: It is almost therapeutic. Going and getting a mani pedi is also great and super relaxing.
5. Have a Treat: Sometimes you just need a little indulgence to curve those stressful days. I am not a big candy person, but a good chocolate bar will always help.
