This past weekend I hosted my first Emma Graham Trunk Show! It was so exciting, and a little nerve racking. I will outline everything I did to prepare for the show.
First I talked to a few of my friends and figured out when was a good day to host it for everyone, as well as a good time of day. From here, I made a Facebook event and invited my friends to it. After this, I also sent out “evites”. Here is a sample of the evite I sent out:

After picking the date and letting my friends know, I worked with Molly from Emma Graham to work out all of the details. Everything from the trunk itself to how to check they girls out when the purchase a dress.
A few days leading up to the show I contacted the girls to remind them of the show, see if they could come, and let them know that if they could not make it, they could come another day or time to take a look.
The day of I went to the store to pick up some food and drinks for everyone. I went with a fruit platter, chips & dip, water, water with lemon, and pink lemonade. I also grabbed some flowers to mix with some fresh cut flowers from my aunt’s garden. Here are some pictures of the set-up:
I also brought my iPad down for guests to flip through the Emma Graham website. I had most of the dress styles and skirt styles at the show, here are just a few:
The girls tried on tons of the dresses and skirts and absolutely loved the designs. Here are some of them in the designs:

In addition to the dresses, I brought down a few pairs of heels for the girls to use to try on the dresses. There was also a full length mirror so they could get a good look of each dress.
The trunk show was tons of fun and I think the girls all really enjoyed themselves! I will host two more throughout the Summer and will be sure to let everyone know if there is one that is more public so you can all come!
