Last weekend Eric and I visited the Brooklyn Botanical Garden to admire their Cherry Blossoms. We decided to make it a new tradition for the two of us to do a day date there, as it was our second year going. I can never get enough of the pretty pink blooms, they always remind me of cotton candy.
Sneakers were a must as we were meeting up with friends later in the afternoon and we knew we’d be on our feet for at least a few hours. I also knew I wanted to wear this pretty new top (under $65!) as I couldn’t resist the blue stripes and bow detail on the sleeves. The fabric is really light weight and I love that the sleeves are ruffled to give it a little extra femininity.
